You made it to Day 7 of the Self-Reflection Challenge — huge high five!
Today, we’re wrapping things up by setting some powerful intentions for your life moving forward.
What Are Intentions?
Intentions are like promises you make to yourself.
They’re not just goals — they’re commitments to the kind of life you want to live and the kind of person you want to be.
Look Back to Move Forward
Over the past week, you’ve done a lot:
- You dug into your values, wants, and needs.
- You got to know your real self better.
- You imagined your dream life.
Now it’s time to take everything you learned and ask yourself:
- What’s the biggest thing you discovered about yourself?
- What do you truly want to achieve?
Think about any big realizations or surprises you had during this challenge — those are the golden clues for what your next steps should be.

Today’s Challenge
Write a list of your personal intentions.
These can be about your mindset, your goals, how you treat yourself, or anything you want to carry forward into your future.
Questions to Help You Get Started
- What intentions do you want to set for your life right now?
- What intentions do you have for your future?
- How will you stay on track with your dreams and goals?
Pro Tip: Intentions work best when you keep them close to your heart. Write them somewhere you’ll see them often — like your journal, a sticky note, or even your phone wallpaper — to remind yourself what you’re working toward.
