7 Day Self Reflection Challenge

Welcome to the 7-Day Self-Reflection Challenge!

I’m so excited you’re here and ready to dive in.

Over the next week, I’m sharing simple activities and journal prompts that will help you get clear about who you are, what you want, and where you’re headed.

Each day also includes quotes for inspiration. If you find one that you really like, write it down and keep it where you can see it to remind you.

What is Self-Reflection, Anyway?

Self-reflection is all about taking time to really think about you:

  • Who you are.
  • What you want out of life.
  • Why you make the choices you do.
  • What dreams and goals you’re ready to chase.

It’s like hitting “pause” and checking in with yourself — your thoughts, your feelings, your past, and your hopes for the future.

What You’ll Get Out of This Challenge

By practicing self-reflection, you’ll build stronger self-awareness (aka understanding yourself better).

You’ll learn easy habits — like journaling and visualizing — that can help you get unstuck, set better goals, and start moving toward the life you really want.

Before you can chase your biggest dreams, it helps to know:

  • What’s been holding you back.
  • What habits or thoughts aren’t helping you.
  • What you truly want to change or create.

That’s what this challenge is here for — to help you figure it all out and start fresh.

Pro Tip: Be patient with yourself during this challenge. You don’t have to have all the answers right away — just stay open and curious. You’ll be surprised by what you discover!

Self Awareness Quotes

My favouite is number 5 because that’s exactly how self reflection feels to me … and I need to remind myself to take the time! Although I really like number 10 too.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll have the option to download all the quotes in one handy (free) PDF.
