Thank you SO much for being part of the 7-Day Self-Reflection Challenge!
You did something amazing by showing up for yourself every day.

Now that you’ve finished, take a moment to think:
- What did you learn about yourself?
- Did any new goals or dreams pop up?
- How are you feeling now compared to when you first started?
Reminder: Self-reflection isn’t a “one and done” thing. It’s something you keep doing as you grow and move through different stages of your life.
The more you check in with yourself, the more clarity and confidence you’ll build.
One Last Activity!
I invite you to do one more brain dump (stream of consciousness journaling – remember Day 1?) now that the challenge is done.
Write about any new insights, surprises, or feelings you’ve noticed over the past week.
You can use the space in your Challenge Workbook and Journal if you printed it out — or just grab a notebook or open a doc and let your thoughts flow.
Pro Tip: There’s no “right way” to reflect. Just be honest, be kind to yourself, and remember — you’re always allowed to grow and change.
