I’ve been passionate about emotional well-being since both my parents passed away in my late teens. The world I had to navigate wasn’t as safe and secure anymore so I had to develop my own beliefs, resilience and strategies that would help me in finding my own balance and place of calm.  I’m always on a quest to simplify life!

I have qualifications as a mindfulness practitioner and mental health first aider. I have also led mental health in a school of 400+ students working closely with educational psychologists and mental health professionals developing and delivering programmes.

If you are looking for a specific resource, use the drop down in the Article Contents.

You can work through the resources from foundational concepts and gradually move to more specific activities and challenges (see summary). I have suggested which resource to begin with and then build upon. Of course, you can dip in and out of all the resources in any order!
