7 Day Self Reflection Challenge: Day 3 Find the Good Stuff (Gratitude Time!)

Thanks for sticking with the 7-Day Self-Reflection Challenge — you’re already almost halfway there!

Today, we’re talking about something simple but seriously powerful: gratitude.

Why Gratitude Matters

Gratitude means taking a moment to notice and appreciate the good things in your life.

Even if life feels messy or stressful, there’s always something to be thankful for — like a cozy bed, a friend who checks in on you, a funny moment that made you laugh, or even just a really good snack.

How Gratitude Helps You Reflect

When you slow down and appreciate the good stuff, it changes the way you see your life.

You start noticing little wins, kind people, and moments that make you feel happy or safe.

Gratitude makes self-reflection even more powerful because it reminds you that even on tough days, there’s still light.

Today’s Challenge

Make a list of 10 things you’re grateful for right now.

Big things, small things — anything that makes your life better or brighter.

Questions to Help You Get Started

  • What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the word “gratitude”?
  • What’s a surprise blessing that happened recently?
  • What everyday part of your life makes you feel thankful?

Pro Tip: You don’t have to pick huge or “deep” things. Even tiny moments — like a song you love or a pet snuggling with you — totally count. Gratitude is all about the little things that make life sweeter.

Gratitude Quotes

I have two favourites today – number 4 (because it’s the truth!) and the poetic number 10. Are there any quotes that work for you?
