7 Day Self Reflection Challenge: Day 2 What Really Matters to You?

Welcome back to the 7-Day Self-Reflection Challenge!

Today, we’re diving a little deeper — it’s time to figure out what really matters to you.

We’re talking about your values, morals, and beliefs — the things that guide your choices, your friendships, and how you see the world.

When you know what’s truly important to you, it’s easier to set boundaries, stand up for yourself, and make decisions that feel right.

Here’s the thing: This is about your true feelings — not just what you were taught growing up or what other people expect from you. It’s okay if some of your answers surprise you!

Today’s Challenge

Write about the core values, morals, and beliefs that make you you.

Think about what you would never change your mind about, even if things got tough.

What’s most important to you?

What do you want people to know about the real you?

Questions to Help You Get Started

  • What values are the most important to you in life?
  • If you had to make a list of your biggest needs, what would be at the top?
  • What are your “non-negotiables” — the things you’ll always stand by no matter what?

Pro Tip: Be honest with yourself — there are no “right” or “wrong” answers here. You’re not writing what sounds good; you’re writing what feels true. Trust your gut!
