Free sleep challenge: stop chasing that elusive good night’s sleep

Joining in our sleep challenge will give you strategies that should make a difference to the restful quality of your sleep.

Insomnia has impacted on my life since childhood. Growing up with a mum who suffered from chronic insomnia, I’ve experienced how this impacts on not just the person but everyone around them. 

At times of stress I experience acute insomnia (which happens to most of us from time to time). 

This set me on a journey to try out everything I could in my quest for finding what can help towards promoting a regular sleep pattern. I trained and qualified as a Professional Sleep Consultant which gave me even more tools and strategies.  And I’m passionate about sharing what I have learned with you.

Does the thought of getting into bed each night to sleep fill you with dread and anxiety?  You can take back control with sleep management.

What is sleep management?

Sleep management changes thoughts, attitude to sleep and behaviours and we have chosen the challenges carefully to help you manage your sleep. 

How will the sleep challenge help you?

Through weekly challenges, you will become aware of:

  • How your lifestyle, habits and routines impact on your sleep
  • The changes you can choose to make
  • What you can do to take back control

What is in the sleep challenge?

Each week you will receive an email with a link to download the challenge in PDF format.   

The individual challenges share relevant information so you know why it is important for your sleep cycle and we support you with recommendations and additional ideas. 

There’s also the chance for you to be creative and come up with your own ideas that suit your lifestyle.

It does take time to change thoughts, attitudes and behaviours to sleep but with your motivation to succeed you will change your habits into good ones. Each challenge should have an impact on the quality of your sleep.
