It might take a little bit of time to find a schedule that works for your life, but we promise that you will get there.

This needs to include eating three meals per day, having enough time for some exercise a few times per week, getting the right amount of sleep and so on.

All of the basics of taking care of yourself need to fit into this schedule, but it’s got to be one that works for you or you will never stick to it. This might mean meal prepping on a day that you have off for example.

Some people seem to think that asking for help makes you weak, but asking for help is one of the strongest things that you can do.

When you have lived a certain way for a long time, it can be hard to break the habit.

It can be hard to exercise regularly or eat the right meals, but you can’t give up just because it’s a little tough.
