This is an attractive-looking activity book which can be taken out easily for on-the-go mindfulness.

The Mindfulness Activity Book includes different word games, puzzles, crosswords and matching games. It also includes inspirational quotes, breathing exercises and colouring in pages.

I look forward to using this activity book as I enjoy word searches and mindfulness colouring. I work in a school so I will use this book at work with some of the children too.
