Christmas is over.  You said you weren’t going to eat your bodyweight in goodies but how could you resist?  Everywhere you went, everthing looked so tempting and you didn’t want to be the only one to say no.  And having spent all that money and time getting those festive treats for your own guests, of course you had to try a few … But now you’re realising that although you feel relaxed after all that time off work chilling,  it’s difficult doing up those buttons on your new jeans and you can’t get that zip done up on your workwear dresses.  You’re umming and ahhhing about buying an annual membership for your local gym to work those pounds off.  Will you use it though?  After the initial motivation has worn off, will that money you’ve spent be for nothing because you’re going to procrastinate and end up doing something else in the time you’ve allotted to get fit?  Or maybe you feel self conscious about how you look.  How about if you could exercise at home using an online gym with a free year membership?

I’ve teamed up with the fantastic OnlineGym4Me to offer all my readers a 1 year free online gym access. is an online gym with daily live and on-demand workouts.  The OnlineGym4me users can choose from general training, yoga, aerobics, and Pilates classes and exercise from the comfort of their home, hotel room, office or any other preferred location. OnlineGym4me makes exercising convenient, effective, affordable, and fun for its users. All you need is a little space, a laptop and internet connection.  OnlineGym4me is also accessible on both iOS and Android applications.

Every month, users can choose from more than 200 live classes and also access the full library of recorded classes.

OnlineGym4Me is organised and structured. The instructions and workouts are all in front of you.  The classes are led by highly qualified sports trainers and instructors that are trained in online coaching.  They will give you guidance and that extra push you need to reach your exercise goals.

Just sign up using the link below to get your 1 Year Free access.  (I’ve signed up and at no point have I been asked for any payment details, bank account/Paypal etc).

I’ve joined in the easy yoga sessions.  This is the process that OnlineGym4Me took me through.

The link above will take you to this screen:

Click on the Sign Up Now button and you will be taken to the next screen.

I signed up using my Facebook details but you can add your details if you prefer.  Once you’ve signed up you’re onto the welcome screen where you can choose from five areas you wish to work on (ignore the spelling mistake!).

I chose Release Stress and was directed to the next page.

Clicking on the Exercise Now button took me to a list of sessions I could join in.

You can choose from the type of exercise, the length and the level of the exercise.  It’s so easy to tailor your workout to your personal needs.

I chose ‘Join your first class Monique’ top left of the screenshot.  I’ve done quite a bit of yoga over the years and instantly recognised the poses Monique is instructing.

It’s really worth a go.  You’ll get a feeling of what you could be doing in the gym and if you’re like me, will enjoy being able to fit in short sessions whenever there is time without leaving home.

Let me know how you get on.  Good luck in keeping in shape.
